Examples are household chemicals - bleach\, ammonia and clenaers - fertilizers\, pesticides\, brake fluid\, transmission fluid\, household waxes\, ni-cad\, lithium and lead acid batteries\, compact fluorescent light bulbs\, florescent tubes\, mercury\, antifreeze\, oil base paint and varnish.  Keep all wastes in original containers.Not accepted: electronics\, latex paint or alkaline batteries\, motor oil\, syringes\, prescription medicines\, compressed gas cylinders\, smoke detectors\, commercial waste\, radioactive waste\, explosive waste\, unknown wastes. Sponsored by Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Goverments\, in partnership with Nodaway and Holt Count Commissions and funded by a grant from the Northwest Missouri Solid Waste Management district.
