DESCRIPTION:KXCV-KRNW will be hosting a 5K VIRTUAL Run/Walk to support local public radio.\n\n\n	Run or Walk 5K anytime between April 13-27\, clock your time\, send a selfie and a photo of your results\n	Registration is $25 and $15 for Northwest students\n	Participants can choose between a softstyle cotton T-Shirt OR performance lightweight hoodie ($10 more)\n	When registering\, use address associated with credit card\n	To get your race package with T-shirt BEFORE the race\, register by April 1\n	Send results\, selfies or videos to helenk@nwmissouri.edu\n	You can run or walk 3.1 miles anywhere you choose.
