Abbey Trails 5K Run/2 Mile Walk

Abbey Trails is an annual 5K Run/2 Mile Walk and Health Fair held at Conception Abbey and Seminary College to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being on our campus and in the local communities and to build community among runners and walkers in Northwest Missouri. Proceeds from the event are used to promote health and wellness initiatives at Conception Abbey and in the local community. 

The annual Abbey Trails 5K Run/2 Mile Walk will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. at Conception Abbey, 37174 HWY VV, Conception, MO 64433.  Register early for best pricing.  https://www.conceptionabbey.org/monastery/abbeytrails/
