Country music artist Chase Rice’s “Lambs & Lions Tour” will stop at Northwest Missouri State University, and ticket sales begin Sept. 4 at the University. The concert, sponsored by Northwest’s Student Activities Council, is set for 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, at Bearcat Arena.
Tickets will be available to the public for $20, beginning Wednesday, Sept. 20, on the Northwest campus in the cashiering office, located on the first floor of the Administration Building. Tickets purchased on the day of the show increase $5.
Country-pop artist Haeley Vaughn, who appeared on Season 9 of “American Idol,” will appear as an opening act at Northwest.
Rice was nominated in 2016 as the Academy of Country Music’s New Male Vocalist of the Year and was a presenter during the live CBS national telecast of the 51st ACM Awards. In 2015, he earned a CMT Awards nomination for Breakthrough Video of the Year with “Gonna Wanna Tonight.”
