Club Club - Art Show and Sale
Art students host their biannual art show and sale from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, April 21, in the J.W. Jones Student Union, Meeting Room A. The sale will feature handmade ceramics, drawings, paintings and prints created by Northwest art students throughout the academic year.
In conjunction with the art sale, Clay Club members will host an information table from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today and Friday in the Student Union for their Coffee and Cups fundraiser. Ceramics students and art majors have created handmade drinking vessels for the public to purchase exclusively at the event. Patrons may then use their purchase to fill with free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The Clay Club will give 50 percent of the proceeds to the Maryville Ministry Center, and the remaining 50 percent will remain with the Clay Club to cover material costs.
