Northwest Missouri State University’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts begins its 2017-2018 season of exhibits in the Olive DeLuce Gallery with a retired faculty member and his artwork spanning the 40 years he taught at the University.
The exhibit, “Looking Forward, Looking Back,” featuring the artwork of Emeritus Professor of Art Philip Laber, opens with a reception and lecture at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, in the Charles Johnson Theater at the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building. The exhibit closes Oct. 31.
The Olive DeLuce Gallery is located on the first floor of the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building and houses the University’s Percival DeLuce Memorial Collection. For more information or to schedule a viewing, contact the Department of Fine and Performing Arts at 660.562.1326.
