Downtown Sounds Event - Community Pep Rally
The Downtown Sounds Summer Event/Concert Series’ concludes with a Community Pep Rally for local sports teams. The rally will feature performances by the Maryville Marching Band and the Dazzlers as well as appearances by the Cheerleaders and Spoofy!
The evening will also include an introduction of the coaches and teams for all the fall sports. The funs starts at 6:00 PM, with the introductions and program to begin at 6:30 PM.
The event will include fun music by 97.1th 'Vill / KNIM Pickup Country Radio. Wear your Spoofhound gear and show your support for the hometown team!
The Downtown Sounds Series is an annual tradition, bringing FREE community events to the square downtown. Just bring a lawn chair and enjoy the fun! Sponsored by our Chamber Champions: St. Francis Hospital & Health Services, 97.1 the ‘Vill-KNIM Radio; Hy-Vee, Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing, KCP&L, Nodaway Valley Bank, Northwest Missouri State University, and SuddenLink Communications.
