Garden to Table Fundraiser

The Nodaway County Historical Society will be hosting the Garden to Table event from 5 to7 pm, Friday, July 21.  We will be serving foods grown in northwest Missouri.

Tickets are $10 per person and can be paid at the door, advance registration is not needed.   Shirley Mounts will fry chicken, just like Mom used to make. Supporters can also look forward to a salad tray, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and cucumbers and onions as the sides, with ice tea and lemonade to drink. Peach cobbler will be served for dessert.

This fundraiser will help fund museum operations and programs and the community’s support of the historical society is appreciated. All are welcome to look over the exhibits after supper. Museum’s regular hours are 1:00 to 4:00 Tuesdays through Fridays and other days by appointment. Call 660-582-8176 with any questions.
