At "the Little Home With A Big Heart" we provide skilled care and assisted living in a home-like environment.  We have licensed nurses and certified aides on duty around the clock.   We offer rehabilitation to home care following a hospital stay.  We are Medicare and Medicaid certified, and we also bill your long-term-care insurances and Medicare supplemental insurances for you.  Our home has a secure memory care unit (Alzheimer's unit), and we are proud to be a certified Music & Memory program home.  Give us a call at 660-562-3515 with any questions or to visit about us caring for your loved one.
