              Event Description:
              Come to the Black Pony to celebrate and commemorate Maryville's "Elwood" 1904 Kentucky Derby win and watch this year's 150th Kentucky Derby! Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best Derby attire. The first 50 to register will receive an engraved mint julep cup commemorating the event. Attendees can participate in a raffle, best-dressed contests, take advantage of the custom photo booth, and enjoy free snacks from HyVee. Proceeds will benefit the Nodaway County Historical Society & Museum.
