The Maryville Public Library offers kids in grades 4th-8th the opportunity to experiment, tinker and invent. This type of hands-on, experiential learning – which often utilizes multiple paths to an agreed-upon outcome – is useful in today’s changing workplace. Students will be able to delve as deeply as they choose into circuitry, early robotics, coding and building through independent exploration. Some of the materials which will be available during these sessions include Littlebits, Ozobot, Snap Circuits, iPads, Bloxels, scratch coding cards, Legos and Plus-Plus blocks, and more. Registration required to ensure social distancing: 582-5281.
