Location: Student Union BallroomWe all practice conflict resolution daily, but how can we quickly identify, diagnose and resolve the conflict before it reaches a boiling point. The goal of this presentation is to gain a better understanding of the different types of conflict that we encounter in the workplace. Using models and maps we will work through how to analyze, diagnose, and resolve conflict.
The Maryville Chamber of Commerce and Northwest Missouri State University have teamed up to provide Chamber members with low-cost, high-quality business training presentations for your staff. Sessions of Northwest’s Career Pathing Program have been opened to the public, and Chamber Members will enjoy a substantial discount. All presentations feature multiple start times so you can send staff without needing to close the office! All presentations are in the J.W. Jones Student Union Ballroom on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University, and all participants will receive temporary parking permits
