International Flag Raising Ceremony
You are cordially invited to the annual International Flag Raising Ceremony hosted by Northwest Missouri State University and the International Involvement Center.
Students carrying the flags of their countries will begin the celebration at 1:45 p.m. at the B.D. Owens Library and parade through the Memorial Bell Tower on their way to the International Flag Plaza. You are invited to line the sidewalks for the parade and follow it to the International Flag Plaza for the ceremony.
In the event of inclement weather, the program will take place in the Charles Johnson Theater at the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building.
