Memorial Day Observance

This year’s speaker will be Sgt. 1st Class Dustin Wells of the Missouri Army National Guard.

Other highlights during the ceremony will include POW/MIA and deceased veterans’ remembrances by Joyce Stark and the laying of memorial wreaths by Georgia Sheridan and Esther Coffelt of the Legion 100 Auxiliary.

After the retirement of the colors, Legion members will fire a 21-gun salute preceding the playing of “Taps.”  Those attending are invited to take part in a ham-and-bean luncheon following the ceremony.
