Maryville High School juniors plan to celebrate this year’s graduating class with a parade on Friday, May 15. Businesses, organizations and individuals are encouraged to show signs of support through window hangings, yard signs and marque messages.
Seniors will be escorted by their parents through town to visit each of the schools they would have attended throughout their education. Individuals are invited to line the parade route, but are encouraged to continue practicing social distancing and not gathering in large groups along the route.
The parade will end at 8 p.m. at the Hound Pound where the lights will shine for 20 minutes in support of the Maryville senior class of 2020.
