Senior Talks: Legal Aspects of Aging

It's never too late to have a plan!  Especially as we get older, we are faced with different legal issues than we did when we were younger.  

Attorney Jennifer McKinley, who specializes in Elder Law, will be at Oak Pointe to present a series of topics relating to the law and aging.  She will also be available for questions.

The first topic will be about Powers of Attorney.  In August, we will discuss Estate Planning.
