The Power of Journaling

Nodaway County Active Adults (Age 55+), sponsored by Maryville Parks & Recreation, presents "The Power of Journaling: The Many Ways to Use This Healing Tool".

Join Dr. Alice Foose and the Nodaway County Active Adults as we explore various types of Journals.  You will learn ways to use journals to track your daily "to-do" lists, your inner reflections of the day, your gratitude lists, and many other beneficial uses. 
Each participant will leave with a journal of their own.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Please sign up at the Maryville Community Center at least 3 days prior, to assist us in making sure we have enough handouts and supplies.
