Wells Bank Scholarship Program

Since 2005, Wells Bank has been providing college scholarships for students in our community to further their education. This year, more than ever, financial assistance will play a vital role for many graduating seniors to pursue their college degree. The Wells Bank scholarship is for high school seniors throughout Platte County, Andrew County, Holt County and Nodaway County to be used toward enrollment in a four-year university. The scholarships awarded are $1,500 with $1,000 for the first year and $500 for the second year. To receive the second year’s installment, the student must have maintained a 3.0 grade point average during their first year while enrolled as a full-time student. Those interested in applying can download a scholarship application. The application will be "fillable" for most users, meaning you can right-click the application link and save on your computer.
