Winning Customers with Great Customer Service Seminar
97-1 THE ‘VILL/PICK-UP COUNTRY KNIM HAS invited noted management and leadership speaker Mark Levy from Revenue Development Resources to share information with you on Winning Customers with Great Customer Service. He’ll share strategies and tactics that his clients have used to boost sales and profit margins by first capturing new clients, then retaining them for repeat business. He’ll cover tips for dealing with customer objections that will help you close more business, and after that we’ll share with you something new and exciting to help get the attention of current customers and prospects alike.
If you are charge of customer or patient acquisition and retention, this session is for YOU! The workshops are free but space is limited. Choose from any one of these 55 minute events to be held at The Maryville Public Library. Seminars are July 24th at 6:30 pm and July 26th at 7:30 a.m.
